our database.
Interpretation
Mandate: An instruction or authority given to an estate
agent to renter a particular estate service for the
client (in this case the letting of property)
Sole Mandate: The seller confer on the estate agent
the sole right to let the property (this is not a
sole mandate)
- by adding your property
to the RCP Brokers database you give RCP Brokers or
it's business partners a mandate to let the property
("mandate does not mean "sole mandate").
- in the event of a
successful lease contract being concluded, and RCP
Brokers or it's business partners being the effective
cause, you the landlord, owner or management company
will be liable for payment of commission, commission
be as set out below.

5,0% of the first two years' rental
- 2,5% of the next three years' rental
- 1.5% of the next three years' rental
- 1,0% of the rental for the balance of the
lease period.
Commission
is payable in full on signing of lease.

- You may not add your
property to this web site if you have signed a sole
mandate with another estate agency, unless the sole
mandate has lapsed. If you do list your property even
though you have signed a sole mandate you will be
liable for commission if RCP Brokers or it's business
partners is the effective cause of sale, this means
that you most like will be liable for double commission
payments.
- This agreement does
not prevent you of exercising your right to market
your property through other estate agents, or any
other means.
