COMMERCIAL PROPERTY BROKER VACANCY

RCP Brokers are currently looking for commercial property brokers.

The ideal candidate will:

• have Property Experience/Real Estate qualification.
• have Excellent communication skills
• own reliable transport
• computer literate
• be self driven, positive & result orientated
• be able to work independently, but must also be a team player
• HAVE STRONG SALES
• good communication skills

Job specs

• Sell/Let commercial properties
• Finalize leasing documents for prospective tenants
• Negotiate deals
• Find new stock (Sales and letting)
• Cold calling on new clients

Favorable commission structure
Strong support from company (Leads/Stock/Etc)
Commission structure: (commission only, or Basic + comm)
